Logan is professional, thorough and extreme Lu knowledgeable about his inventory/products. The entire service team is always there to keep me happy and satisfied. This is the reason why I buy from Brian Easlier. I just wish the higher establishment would help me with my defective steering wheel. The rubber around the wheel has lifted and is annoying and I feel unsafe. I have brought this to the service department and they said they tried to gave it covered by the warranty but they referred me to Toyota Customer Relations and they were willing to pay for half so I feel the dealership should pay the other half. More
