Even the most simple tasks can take so much time and worse, cause so much stress. If just getting both kids dressed, ready, and out the door can be such a task, I was absolutely dreading car shopping. That's where this takes a drastic turn. The second I stepped onto Bryan Honda property, I was approached by my life saver, Ms. AWESOME! From the second we met, she was excited to help me find the perfect fit for my family. We were so picky with our many needs and expectations and she met all of them. We also don't have the best or even good credit so we offered quite a difficult obstacle to jump through, yet she did it effortlessly. She provided all the foot work herself, going above and beyond. She made buying a car, investing in our future, an absolute breeze and to a mom who works hard for everything, she provided me with something I so desperately needed, Ease. Thank you so much Andrea! Very fast, professional, affordable service Kellie Smith is always very professional and delightful to deal with, every time I come in for a regular scheduled service or oil change. She always tells me my options, and she goes over the details of the estimate before my vehicle goes to the back. Yesterday, my vehicle was ready by the estimated time, as usual. I had come in for an oil change and a state inspection. My inspection was even cheaper than she originally estimated, because it turns out I live in a county that does not require an emissions test. Kellie is always very professional, but also very friendly and personable. She makes the otherwise tedious task of going to a dealership for service into a delightful experience. I always drive my Honda from Harnett county to this dealership for scheduled servicing, because I do not really trust general mechanic shops to have the required expertise to properly service and inspect my Honda hybrid. More
