Disappointing Lack of knowledge from the sales staff, hyped up a used vehicle to be this great car , but car was never checked out in service department before put Lack of knowledge from the sales staff, hyped up a used vehicle to be this great car , but car was never checked out in service department before put on the lot. Bottom line they tried to sell us a broken car. When brought to their attention staff did not seem concerned acted like it was no big deal. Was very upset for several days! More

Bad Sales staff and follow through We went shopping for a new car. The salesman left to go drop off a car to someone while were were in the yard with him looking at cars. The new guy We went shopping for a new car. The salesman left to go drop off a car to someone while were were in the yard with him looking at cars. The new guy he handed us over to acted like we were bothering him. He didn't seem to know anything about the vehicles. We found one, but the sales guy couldn't give us the answers we needed to close the sale. He called the Sales Manager. He tried to high pressure sell us like I have never seen before. We got out of there and went down the road to Nissan. Got a better warranty, more knowledgeable staff, and no high pressure sales. More
