They won't even look at the car for 4 days. They just wanted to know, "Did you buy from here?" No but it's a Honda! Where's the brand loyalty and top tier service for somebody driving their brand that lives five hours away and is just passing through and has to be at work Monday?!?!?!😡 I do t know the people that I dealt with but the final decision to not do the work was from management. More

Issue not fully remedied The lock on my passenger side door wasn’t working. I paid to have it fixed and now the door will unlock but the button to unlock it doesn’t work. Worst ever Had to return seven times to sign papers that was unessasry and our sales person kept calling us everyday. Then we didn't get our tags until two months later then once we did he said if we didn't bring dealer tag back that we would be fined 200$ then when we got the car he told us that we would get a full tank of gas and when asked about it he said that was only on new cars on my very last visit there once I brought dealer tags back I asked several times to speak to owner of the operation because I didn't like the way I was being treated and they told me no he was to busy. I was pulled over 5 times because the tag they gave me was expired. More
