We waited for 3 and a half hours!!! Our salesperson was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. She was impatient and would leave for thirty minutes at a time to do god knows what. She showed us cars and made us feel like we had to rush when we looked. When we said we would like to work out a deal she rolled her eyes and made us feel like we were a hassle. We test drove a car with a warped window. When the manager sat in the car to see it, while not seeing me he said “there ain’t xxxx wrong with this xxxxing car”. I felt extremely disrespected the entire time I was there and they could not work a deal out with me so I left. If you are looking for a used car do not go to Bryan Honda of Fayetteville. More

Refused Service?!?!?! My Honda Civic Hybrid broke down 30 minutes away from this dealership. I had a tow truck that was delivering to Bryan. They won't even look at the car for 4 days. They just wanted to know, "Did you buy from here?" No but it's a Honda! Where's the brand loyalty and top tier service for somebody driving their brand that lives five hours away and is just passing through and has to be at work Monday?!?!?!😡 I do t know the people that I dealt with but the final decision to not do the work was from management.
