Oil Change Great customer service. I took two of my cars to get an oil change. When I arrived, they quoted me a two and half hour wait. Because of the long wait, Great customer service. I took two of my cars to get an oil change. When I arrived, they quoted me a two and half hour wait. Because of the long wait, I decided only to have the oil changed in one of my cars. However, one hour and fifteen minutes late the dealership called me, and the oil was changed. I wished I knew that because then I would not have to come in the second time and waste time to get my oil changed in the other car. More

Finally my husband ca Everything was fine until the check engine light came on after 6 days. I took the car to the dealership where I sat for 6 hours. Finally my husband came off his job and demanded to know why I had been there all day without any updates. Then, a technician stated that the the part had to be ordered and wouldn't be ready until the following day. My husband said that I had bettet get a rental car free of charge and they did. They said that I was to get a call the next day wich was Saturday to return the rental and pick up my car. Well neither has happened and it's Sunday night. I am so disappointed because the car buying experience went so smoothly. I am thinking that they never inspected the vehicle. How could they have been so eager to sale a vehicle that was not inspected. The moment that I expressed interest in the vehicle, someone ahould have said no it's not ready to be sold. I must add that the vehicle satt an additional 6 days on the lot while I got my license. This is nad service all around and I will never by another car from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I feel bad for the dealer cause he was exceptional. More

Once we were looking at the cars I was interested in, he went the extra mile to earn my business. He was truly invested in meeting my budget while providing me with a car that had all of my needs met. I spent a lot of time at the dealership, and he didn't seem to rush any minute of it!
