Outstanding and professional services. I highly reccommend I was on my way to Reed Chevrolet to buy a 2016 Toyota Highlander, as I was passing by Bryan Honda, I saw a Toyota Highlander and a 2014 Audi Q7. Once I arrived the sales person Mr. Perez met me outside without an appointment, I told him that I would like to take a look at both vehicle. He expeditiously got the keys and a dealer plate for us to test drive. While driving, he engage me in conversation pertaining to what I was looking for and made several recommendation. I was truly impressed with his consideration for my family needs and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. To say the least, a couple hours later, I walked out the dealership purchasing a new Honda Pilot. I was extremely happy with my decision and my family loved it too. Wait time appointments/ better chairs with head rest The wait time for getting oil change really sucks. It should not take more than 1 hour for one to wait for their car. Bryan Honda, Raeford rd, fayetteville, NC really needs to step up their game. At least have better chairs you can lean on and rest your head. They seem to always forget to put milage sticker on car for next appointment. Seniors, especially retired veterans need comfortable chairs we can lay back especially if we are going to wait over an hour. Posting this also on yelp so that everyone can be aware. Service Advisor Anthony Pinero is nice but Honda needs better mechanics and a more comfortable waiting room for their clients. More

My salesman Terrell did a great job of working with me to ensure I got the best price on the vehicle I wanted and he made sure I understood how the ve My salesman Terrell did a great job of working with me to ensure I got the best price on the vehicle I wanted and he made sure I understood how the vehicle works. He was personable and very knowledgeable about Honda products. The paperwork process was not nearly as lengthy as I remembered it from my last car-buying experience, and I appreciated the use of technology to clarify and expedite the process. The accessories guy (I forgot his name) was also a pleasure to work with. I like the added protection of having the complimentary lifetime engine warranty, and the free lifetime oil changes are nice too (although due to distance, I'm not sure how often I'll be able to use that one). The only blemish on the experience was my discovery of two small holes in the bumper where the front license plate bracket was installed (I asked that the plate be removed upon purchase). However, upon reporting this issue to my salesman the next day, he assured me the dealer will take care of it. I'm not sure when that accessory is added to the vehicle, but if you don't want to use it and don't want holes in your bumper, be sure to get confirmation that it will not be installed. Overall, I highly recommend Bryan Honda and will bring my business there in the future. Based on how I was treated, the drive is worth it for me. More

Routine service appt I scheduled my service appt online but I'm not really sure why I still had to wait an hour and a half. Being a Toyota owner for many years, I don't r I scheduled my service appt online but I'm not really sure why I still had to wait an hour and a half. Being a Toyota owner for many years, I don't recall ever having to wait that long for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Oh and this was my 2nd service and I had to ask for my tires to be rotated. When I asked shouldn't they have been rotated on the first service appt, I was told yes. However it wasn't done now you tell me I will soon need new tires on a car that's just turned a year old! I'm a bit upset about that. I feel that should have been part of my routine service, it always was on my Toyota's. More
