careless I specifically asked to see, test drive a honda and once that was done i was hoping to get a quote. when i thought the salesperson was asking for my i I specifically asked to see, test drive a honda and once that was done i was hoping to get a quote. when i thought the salesperson was asking for my info to check on how much i owed on my other honda she decided to start the process of purchasing the new honda. There was little to no communication between myself and the salesperson. Did not even ask if i was trying to purchase or lease. No respect of privacy when i looked up my LES, she was just hovering over the keypad on the opposite side of me as i entered my Pin. My credit score was run without my consent! The form they have you sign has nothing stating that its for your credit score. Plus the salesperson didn't even tell me what it was for. she just told me to sign it and walked away. She came back after already running my score and i STILL had not signed the form. i did end up getting the car only because the manager gave me a great deal. However, i will not go back there if they think its not a big deal to run a score and only have a couple point deducted. I had to explain to them that i was very frustrated because its not just a couple of points. if had chosen to shop around some more i would've had that inquiry on my record for a few years and that also hurts your credit score. More
