Disappointed While our buying experience was pleasant, I am dissapointed with Bryan Honda as a whole. In September we purchased my teenagers very first car. As exc While our buying experience was pleasant, I am dissapointed with Bryan Honda as a whole. In September we purchased my teenagers very first car. As excited as she was she was even more excited to learn she could earn a car payment paid for her. She met the Sparq requirement and we contacted our salesman whi said he'd get with the IT guy and let us know when this would be. After several attempts to contact him we did not get an answer. Fast forward to December when my daughter saw Bryan Honda live on Facebook and decided to communicate that she had not received her payment. She learned that our salesman no longer worked there. She was told that I would be receiving a call from them. I never did so I called today and was told that I would need to call back on Monday to speak to the IT guy that handles the Sparq program. Even as I expressed my frustrations I was told repeatedly that I should have followed up with my salesman. Seriously? My complaint is this if a salesman is responsible for completing a customer's transaction and that salesman leaves WHY does the dealership not make sure that these things are taken care of. I would not recommend a dealership to my friends and family that doesn't follow through with their pronises to their customers. More
