Will Not Return Have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and both experiences were less than desirable. No sense of urgency is my main complaint coupled with h Have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and both experiences were less than desirable. No sense of urgency is my main complaint coupled with having to fight for what was promised in the deal. Recently purchased a used truck from this dealership and was promised a tank of gas that I had to ask for several times. More importantly the truck had a spare tire that was flat and they agreed to fix it, however it took contacting a sales manager and 2 weeks of my time to accomplish this. I should add, when they finally repaired the tire it took them over 3 hours to patch it. The detail job they performed on the vehicle seemed rushed and effortless, leaving the adhesives from the stick-on warranty and info papers on the windows for me to scrub off. Prior to the used truck purchase, I had my Honda that I purchased from this dealership serviced here as part of a service agreement package and nearly every oil change took them 2-3 hours. I despised bringing my car there to wait in the lobby hours on end for something that should take 30 minutes or less. They did eventually deliver what was promised but this last time they get my business. Despite the bad sales experiences, I will say that the service adviser, Kellie was always kind and polite and took the sting out the dreaded visits here. Shout out to her, she gets it! More
