Terrible Experience I visited Bryan Honda on Thurs., June 29, and test drove a HRV. After receiving a quote for the new car which did not include any discounts on the lis I visited Bryan Honda on Thurs., June 29, and test drove a HRV. After receiving a quote for the new car which did not include any discounts on the list price and a low allowance for my trade-in, I told the salesman, that I was not interested. After several requests for the keys to my car, I finally got them and went to my car. FIVE salesmen followed my husband and me to my car and would not let my husband close the door to my car so we could leave. A salesman/manager became VERY aggressive and stood in the doorway to my car. I got out of my car and told the salespeople to let my husband close the door and that I would NEVER return to this dealership again! Finally, the salesman let my husband close the door and we drove off. Why this happened I do not know, but it was certainly unnerving to say the least! Unfortunately, I now will not even consider buying a Honda. More

He had the exact model and color car I wanted waiting for me and after a quick drive we moved to the paperwork. I told him what I thought was a fair price and a moment later we moving in to the finance office. In the quickest finance office experience I have ever seen, the price was exactly what I had asked for. I simply could not be happier with my purchase or my experience with Shawn. He knew everything about the vehicle and the features and even set up our phone to work in our new car. We will be sending our friends and family here in the future. Horrible experience I went today with a friend to get service done to her car, I've never been treated so bad in my life. The manager and the employee we're so rude to us I went today with a friend to get service done to her car, I've never been treated so bad in my life. The manager and the employee we're so rude to us. The manager and I'm not even paraphrasing; the told me - "Ma'am shut up. This is between her and I" - mind you we weren't loud or disrespectful in any way. She was getting choked up because of her situation, so I tried to explain to him the problem and this is how he treated me. The entire experience was so bad, no one wanted to help. In all honesty, I was thinking about buying a car in the next 6 months, but with this type of treatment there's no way I'm buying from you guys. Your staff is disrespectful and rude. I rather deal with my cable company than these people. Disgusting I'm never coming here again, and I'm telling everyone I know. Not to buy anything or get services from you guys. No sir. More
