We parked, walked around the lot without being stalked. We looked at the Odyssey inventory and decided we wanted to know more. As soon as we walked into the showroom, we were greeted and asked if we could be helped. They sent Joe Davis. He gave us some pointed information about Honda that helped shape our decision on the spot. We had already done the research before we came in, so had a pretty good idea as to the direction we wanted to go. The sale was Bryan Honda's to keep at that point. Joe did not let us down. He was patient and let us set the pace. He showed us several options and pulled them next to each other to elaborate on the features. So far, so good. He assisted me with making my final decision on what type of vehicle I wanted through his knowledge of how the vehicle operates and its many features. In lieu of discussing my price range in terms of what payments would fit my budget, Mr. Gare talked with one of the Sales Managers - Mr. Frank Wheeler who is extremely kind and professional and also was able to evoke a price tailored just for me! If they could make that happen then we would purchase a car. Tim Roussel (General Manager) spoke with me and introduced me to Bryan (finance guru) and finally to Dr. Diesel (Joe Davis). Joe worked with me and Tammy and took the time to show us multiple vehicles and work a deal that WE wanted and could accept. We had ZERO intentions of getting financed as our credit is less than desirable. Joe and Tammy worked hard to get the deal done and without the help and friendships created with the Bryan Honda family, we would still be in our old car. This family (Bryan Honda) is the utmost in professionalism and family oriented dealership. They really took care of us and even shot some hoops inside the show room! I hate the games most dealerships play with endless offers and counter offers and misdirection. I didn't have to deal with any of this from Bryan Honda staff! They were straightforward, easy to talk too, and understood my desire to find the best deal I could for my money, and they balanced that nicely with their desire to make a profit for the dealership. Everyone there was upfront, I believe honest, and absolutely the type dealership I would prefer to work with! I highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again! More
