Ron Garcia is The Bomb! I am a single woman with no local family and, despite growing up in a family of mechanics, the thought of purchasing a car on my own was daunting. The fact that I would also be financing a car for the first time didn't help. Add to the mix the fact that my previous car was going to fail state inspection adding a time crunch to my plans and my anxiety level was through the roof! I had decided several months ago that I wanted my next car to be "a little blue Honda." On hearing this, every friend I talked to said the same thing: "Go see Ron Garcia." I was not disappointed. His straight-forward, honest approach put me instantly at ease. He explained each step of the process, told me about extras that were offered without pushing for me to purchase them, and was incredibly patient with what I'm sure appeared to be airheaded questions/replies (I was exhausted after work). In the end, I drove home that night with my little blue Honda whom I have since christened "Wellington." It drives like a dream: goes when I want it to go, stops when I want it to stop; everything works, nothing broken; and is a far cry from the car I traded in which I hear the folks that appraised it described it as, "I can't believe she's still driving this!" King of Customer Service! So many things I want to say! Darius was so patient with me as I researched so many different cars and he answered all of my questions! I knew what I wanted and had been looking for months. Our salesman was the absolute epitome of efficient and thorough! He k ew what I wanted from talking to my boyfriend and sharing texts with me. He was always upfront, listened to all details, did all the leg work finding information and answering all questions.
