Flawless Customer Service Ive been in the market looking for a bigger vehicle for my family. Ive been to plenty of dealerships but none of them have met my needs budget wise. One afternoon I decided to stop by bryan Honda and right when I get there I was greeted by Jose Otero, he was very humble and welcoming. He showed me the new 2016 Honda pilot lx and ex models. I test drove the SUV and completely fell inlove with the vehicle. As a husband and a father I also needed to have my wifes in put so I came back 3 days later with my family. Jose Otero was available and we went over features of the vehicles and numbers. Not only did they make me feel comfortable working with them, they also made my wife and son welcome. There customer service was remarkable and the flexibility was amazing. In my personal opinion if it wasn't for the kind service Jose presented to me I would not have traded in my vehicle. He was truly helpful, and also the whole process was a breeze. The whole team that worked with me on the deal was great.
