So now I am into a 2016 Honda Pilot (love it!) for about what I was paying monthly for my older less "jazzy" vehicle and with a much better warranty! I had the pleasure dealing with Steve Leavell and Robyn:) both whom were a very knowledgeable and comfortable dealing with. They both went way and beyond expectations stay many hours after their shifts to close the deal...I am very happy, best car buying experience I have ever had! More

I got humiliated and yelled at by their sales associate! I was humiliated in front of all people and yelled at by their sales associate Stewart. He told me that "He doesn't sale to people like me" and "He do I was humiliated in front of all people and yelled at by their sales associate Stewart. All that just because I offered him $17,000 for a Honda CR-V. Those people are far to be professionals. Avoid them. More
GET A SECOND OPINION! I took my Pilot in to have the brakes looked at because I was having issues with them. They said they would call in a couple of hours and as usual th I took my Pilot in to have the brakes looked at because I was having issues with them. They said they would call in a couple of hours and as usual they never called. I ended up calling back and the service manager Joan said there was nothing wrong with my brakes but there were many other things that I needed to have fixed. Totaling almost $2000. The most urgent thing she said was that I needed to have my timing belt and water pump replaced. I don't know anything about cars but she said my car would just stop and it would ruin the engine if i didn't have the work done. So I took it back in to have that work done. While they had it this time they came back and said that my rotors were very uneven and it also needed to be fixed. I questioned why they didn't tell me this the first time it was in when that was the entire reason it was in in the first place. She said that one of her newer mechanics looked at it the first time and didn't catch it. Even if you are new to the shop, if you can not see that there is an issue with the brakes when that is what the car is specifically there for it is a problem. But she assured me that her best mechanic was looking at it now. And found even more issues that I just had to have fixed, she then qualified it with but its not urgent just at some point you will need to fix them. I just told them to finish the work I paid for and I would take my car. I did not trust them to do anything else. When I got home I looked over some of my old service records and found that my timing belt and water pump had been replaced at 78k miles. I don't know if that's just something you just do at certain times but I feel like they should have been able to tell that they were not old and ready to fall apart. I will never go back there for service and I suggest if you do go there, know what you need and know something about cars or they will try to fix all kinds of things that don't have to be done and totally skip the real issue. More

Always a great experience I had e-mailed Ron that I was interested in a certified pre-owned Honda Fit. I told him that I was on the way, and he made sure that the car I was looking at was already pulled up and had the a/c going for me! We started a test drive immediately, and he had the sales manager (Edwin) appraise my trade while we were driving to save my time. He had another one on the lot that was manual. I hadn't driven stick in 10 years, but he took me to the back lot and walked me through driving it for almost an hour! When we got back we started my credit app. My credit is not great, but Lorenzo worked with the banks and made the deal happen at a payment I can handle. Ron went above and beyond getting me acquainted with my new car and getting settled with it. Thanks guys! More
