Jeff Higgins promised a vehicle to be painted and ready for pick up in 2 weeks. It was a certified-preowned purchase of a F150 for my son's graduation from NC State. The truck looked like it was literally on fire, because previous owner had flames painted all over the hood and front panels, I paid $2000 to have the truck painted. It wasn't as if Honda was doing me any favors! I still do not have the truck for my son and he graduates Saturday! He is a licensed engineer, who will be making the big bucks! I will make sure he never spends a dime of it at any Honda dealership! Needless to say, I am extremely upset and disappointed and I am not finished complaining yet! More

No other dealership could come close to his price and one local dealership claimed that it had to be a "bait & switch". I was very skeptical when I arrived at Bryan Honda, expecting to be hit with add-ons, etc. It was a huge relief when I saw that Steve had all of the paperwork prepared in advance and the "out-the-door" price was exactly what he had told me. I also took advantage of Honda financing. Working with the finance officer was also a breeze. I know that he is required to offer all of the extras such as extended warranty, etc. They extras were offered to me and there was no pressure when I declined. We just signed the paperwork and I was on my way. I highly recommend Bryan Honda in general and Steve Leavell in particular if you're in the market for a new Honda. More
