Mr. Walker was very patient and willing to let me drive any car and every car on the lot, if that was what I needed to feel comfortable with my choice of car. He was very knowledgeable about the car I decided to buy and was willing to walk me through the process in small steps. Mr. Hawthorne was also very helpful and patient. I brought my best friend and boyfriend with me to purchase this car and he explained interest rates, credit scores, and patiently explained just about every possible price of a car based on different credit scores. He answered my best friends questions, my boyfriends questions, my moms questions, as well as mine. Needless to say it took a very long time to buy the car. At the end of the night, they were still very excited and helpful as I drove safely off the lot. They still are helping me understand all of the benefits of my car and the safety plan purchased by calling me to help me schedule appointments and make sure all of the safety measures are installed. Very Warm and Pleasant Experience Before I drove from Raleigh to purchase the 2012 Honda Civic my daughter had chosen (but I had not seen), she had already spent several hours over th Before I drove from Raleigh to purchase the 2012 Honda Civic my daughter had chosen (but I had not seen), she had already spent several hours over the preceding two days at Bryan Honda in Fayetteville. Even though she had the many questions of a complete novice at car buying and she didn't even have the resources to complete the sale on her own, Shawn patiently, kindly and respectfully addressed all her inquiries. He spent considerable time with the boyfriend part of the entourage an hour before the rest of us arrived. Shawn helped streamline the process by having all the paperwork ready before I arrived to save time. Even so, the whole process took us until 10pm to complete (lots of questions and decisions) and Shawn stayed available through the financial details helping take care of some of the necessary documents to speed the process. Even at the late hour, Shawn made sure my daughter knew how to safely drive the car off the lot! Shawn worked with us to get a decent price for the car and for her Honda Pilot trade in. All in all, the relaxed and competent environment Shawn and Bryan Honda created made us all feel like "family". I will look him up when I get ready to replace my own car in the near future.
