I have been looking for a vehicle for awhile but I needed something that did not burn a lot of gas, and wasn't low to the ground, once I gave Joe a call he was only like white on rice. Joe quick reaction came thru at the right time because my main car broke down the next day. I live in Morrisville, NC and Fayetteville is quite far from here (for buying anything). While shopping for a Honda Odyssey I went to Cary, Durham and other near by dealerships. The first reason for me to shop with Bryan Honda was there cut throat competitive prices. But once I spoke to Reginer I was sold anyway. She was courteous, friendly and very open about everything. There was absolutely no pressure. Even with the lowest price, they did not have a minivan of our choice of color. So they did a dealer swap and got me the van of our choice. The dealership in Sanford was charging another $300 just for the swap. Also if you have any accessories in mind that you want to put in, make sure to get them all at the time of purchase, as that goes by the new car tax slab (3% as opposed to 6 or 7%) that will save you some extra bucks! On Saturday March 1st, 2014, my husband and I left our home with the intention of purchasing a used minivan from a local Toyota dealership that we had great experiences with twice in the past. After reaching said dealership and reviewing the options that were presented to us, we decided that a purchase from their location was not going to be a blessing to our family this third time around. Before returning home my husband suggested that we stop by Bryan Honda to at least see if their dealership might have had a vehicle and an offer that would better suit the needs of our growing family. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Mr. Shawn Walker. Right off of the bat, his warm and friendly personality made us feel welcomed and at ease. Before we stepped foot inside of their showroom my husband and I informed Mr. Walker of exactly what we were looking for as to not waste each others time and he replied that he would do his best to accommodate us. After searching their on lot inventory, Mr. Walker not only located a vehicle that fit the exact specifications that my husband and I requested, but it was being offered for much less than the maximum amount that we were going to allow ourselves to spend. During the paperwork process I actually had to leave in order to retrieve my children from school and as soon as we returned Mr. Walker ushered us over to an area outside where meals were being prepared and he told us to make ourselves at home and choose anything that we wanted which was completely unlike anything that my family and I had ever experienced while purchasing a vehicle before. Everyone there greeted us with a smile, a warm hello and a kind conversation. I know with all of my heart that it was God that led my family to their location on Saturday. Everything.... from the moment that we arrived on the premises to the time that we drove away in our amazing and gently used Honda Odyssey was more perfect than we had hoped and prayed for! Most certainly I would recommend that everyone that I know and meet should stop by and see Mr. Shawn Walker at Bryan Honda before making any concrete decisions on purchasing a vehicle. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what was being asked of him in order to make sure that our purchase was going to indeed be a blessing to our family for years to come and never did I once get the impression that he was merely trying to establish just another sell for his gain.
