We walked up on New Years Eve looking for the Kia Optima that was advertised online and Joe Davis was there to greet us. I knew what I wanted and all he had to do was make the numbers work for us. The weather was awful, so Jeff brought a Honda Pilot into the service bay waiting area and drove around the lot to look at the cars. When I had questions which required reading the sales sheet, Jeff stood in the pouring rain to get the answers. Once I decided on a particular vehicle, Joe Davis also helped with the paperwork. Both Jeff and Joe impressed me with their professionalism, candor, and courtesy. I was doubly impressed when the research I conducted through Consumer Reports and Kelley Blue Book recommended the exact price I paid for my new car. He understood that I was having to communicate with my husband who was unable to respond right away with certain paper work that we needed to purchase the car. He helped with my girls which was amazing because we all know how long it can take at the dealership. I felt like I could talk to him as a real person and not your "annoying" car sales man. Clifton Oates was very helpful with the purchase of the 2014 Honda Accord EX. Clifton was very attentive to me while I was going through the process and Ms. Reginer was checking on me periodically to make sure everything was going ok. I did appreciate that. I would highly recommend Clifton Oates as a great sales consultant. I liked Clifton because he did not put pressure on me while I was car shopping and he was very knowledgeable about the cars that I was interested in. When doing the test drive with the Accord he was excellent about informing me about the car, which I really appreciated. This is my second purchase at Bryan Honda and I was very pleased back in 2005. Needless to say, I will always purchase my cars at Bryan Honda. More
