We were bombarded with texts messages, even after telling them we would let them know if/ when we would be there for a test drive. Fortunately we realized The air in the car didn’t work, so we waited 3 hours them we would let them know if/ when we would be there for a test drive. Fortunately we realized The air in the car didn’t work, so we waited 3 hours for repair, as we had to wait our turn “because other people had appointments “. Once fixed, we agreed to purchase. As we were walking out to the car, which was out of gas, we were told there was only 1 key. Wow, they waited until all paperwork was signed and we were walking out the door to tell us. Then, we had to stop for gas as the gas light was on when I got in to leave. Never have we bought a car with no gas and only 1 key. As a whole, they weren’t concerned with us waiting for hours and then NO gas. My advice is, Make them earn your business before signing the paperwork. Good luck More

I arrived about 4:05 expecting to be told that I was too late for NC inspection and oil change, but the consultant told me that I was almost too late and he would see if the mechanics could take care of me late for NC inspection and oil change, but the consultant told me that I was almost too late and he would see if the mechanics could take care of me today and they did. Let me start by saying the guy who took care of my car during my appointment was great and he had nothing to do with what went wrong. The miscommunication at this place is ridiculous. I call asking to make an appointment for a diagnostic because my MPG in my car is running low. The guy on the phone tells me that I don’t need an appointment and to just walk in with my oil change. I let three different people know my main issue with my car and yet that still wasn’t take care of. I was told that I couldn’t walk in to get that done and that I needed an appointment which is why I called in the first place. I was also told that they run a full diagnostic on my car during every service which clearly isn’t true. Now gas is increasing and I’m stuck with my miles per gallon decreasing by the day and all they told me was “it’s just the weather. The MPG is an estimate it’s not 100% accurate.” Well I’m having to fill my tank every week and I’m spending twice as much. I would say it’s pretty accurate. But you guys never forget to ask me if I would like to trade my car in. But won’t help me take care of the one I got from you guys two years ago brand new. More
