Great southern hospitality. I travelled from Washington, DC to Fayetteville, NC over Thanksgiving. In route I had low tire pressure on 95 South and stoped at a gas station to put air in all tires not knowin DC to Fayetteville, NC over Thanksgiving. In route I had low tire pressure on 95 South and stoped at a gas station to put air in all tires not knowing for certain which tire needed it. Before my return decided to stop by Bryan Honda to make sure that I had put the correct amount of air in the tires. They put air in the tires and then recommended that I wait so that they could do a through inspection due to the extreme air loss in a tire. They discovered a nail in the tire and fixed with a patch at no charge to me. I don’t recall the names of the gentleman who was my service representative or the lady who put air in my tires and recommended that I wait for further evaluation of the tires. They were both pleasant, courteous, and very knowledgeable in responding to my questions. My wait was not long and worth the time for a safe drive home. Please don’t always assume that low tire pressure is due to temperature changes. Thank you to everyone at Bryan Honda for a very pleasant experience. More
