Stay disappointed with these people. When I take my vehicle in the issue never seems to get resolved. I have taken my 2020 Civic in for the computer screen frequently going out while driving (taken to vehicle in the issue never seems to get resolved. I have taken my 2020 Civic in for the computer screen frequently going out while driving (taken to dealership May 2021 & August 2021) and a weird noise coming from the dashboard (taken in once, August 2021) plus I included video footage and guess what…still no clear definition on what the issue is. I am awaiting the results of my iPhone 11 Pro Max possibly being the issue but for MONTHS I have been UNABLE to hook my phone up to my car via Bluetooth NOR using the factory USB cord. I am so dissatisfied with this dealership and I vow to NEVER purchase another vehicle from them as long as I walk this earth! The ONLY reason that they received 2 stars is because the service advisor that I got this time (Darren) seemed truly concerned and is at least working on the issue so that I can have a fully functioning vehicle that I am paying a car note on unlike the last one (Brandy) whom I have NOT heard from since I pulled off the lot in May in reference to resolving this mystery as to why I can’t utilize my phone properly in my vehicle. And another thing do not think getting a loaner vehicle is a perk at their location either. It took pulling teeth to get one this last time and it was a standard vehicle that I didn’t care for at all. This was one of the reasons that I went with this dealership because, I was told that they provided a vehicle whenever needed if you had to have service on your vehicle. I was told that you have to make a reservation in advance for a loaner…like I actually know when I will need to leave my vehicle in advance. 👎🏾 More

The dealership is great. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Even when they are jammed packed they make sure they get to everyone on time. Very professional and courteous staff. Did not have long to wait for service. Perhaps need to consider more shuttle service though. I was told shuttle would not be back for next shuttle service for 40 minut to wait for service. Perhaps need to consider more shuttle service though. Andrea was fantastic. She gave me everything I needed over the phone, which never happens when trying to buy a new car! I went to do a test drive and then signed the contract, no change in price.
