dropped vehicle off at 9am. Was told I’d receive an update by 2pm. I arrive at 4pm and inquire. My car is finally seen at 5pm only to be told exactly what I said was wrong with the car and the part is update by 2pm. I arrive at 4pm and inquire. Stay disappointed with these people. When I take my vehicle in the issue never seems to get resolved. I have taken my 2020 Civic in for the computer screen frequently going out while driving (taken to vehicle in the issue never seems to get resolved. I have taken my 2020 Civic in for the computer screen frequently going out while driving (taken to dealership May 2021 & August 2021) and a weird noise coming from the dashboard (taken in once, August 2021) plus I included video footage and guess what…still no clear definition on what the issue is. I am awaiting the results of my iPhone 11 Pro Max possibly being the issue but for MONTHS I have been UNABLE to hook my phone up to my car via Bluetooth NOR using the factory USB cord. I am so dissatisfied with this dealership and I vow to NEVER purchase another vehicle from them as long as I walk this earth! The ONLY reason that they received 2 stars is because the service advisor that I got this time (Darren) seemed truly concerned and is at least working on the issue so that I can have a fully functioning vehicle that I am paying a car note on unlike the last one (Brandy) whom I have NOT heard from since I pulled off the lot in May in reference to resolving this mystery as to why I can’t utilize my phone properly in my vehicle. And another thing do not think getting a loaner vehicle is a perk at their location either. It took pulling teeth to get one this last time and it was a standard vehicle that I didn’t care for at all. This was one of the reasons that I went with this dealership because, I was told that they provided a vehicle whenever needed if you had to have service on your vehicle. I was told that you have to make a reservation in advance for a loaner…like I actually know when I will need to leave my vehicle in advance. 👎🏾 More

The dealership is great. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Even when they are jammed packed they make sure they get to everyone on time.
