(I actually thought about buying an HRV while I was using the rental. I didn’t mostly because you don’t make them with tan interiors). Background: Pre-approved Honda Financing, Military Officer, 2X Customer (Purchased a Honda Odyssey in 2006 and Honda Civic 2016). In the past the experiences were pleasant with sales representatives showing respect and concerns. Unfortunately, that was not the experience today. I requested a price match of a vehicle I had gotten an offer from and the sales representatives said they can match it. I inquire why since the logo on the internet says “No one beats a Bryan Honda deal, not now, not ever!” He then went on to text me that I need to read the fine print. There is no fine print online regarding this logo. So I requested the best price he can offer me. He texted, “Still working on it give me 15 minutes.” I am yet to hear back from him. This whole experience has been very disappointing forcing me to look for business elsewhere. I hope this is not the new trend for treating past customers and military personnel.
