My salesperson only cared about selling a car . It was dark out , he brought me a car that didn't have two out of the three features I wanted . And out of the four colors I wanted , he said it was grey . dark out , he brought me a car that didn't have two out of the three features I wanted . And out of the four colors I wanted , he said it was grey . But come morning I found out it was actually dark blue . The number one color I did not want . So having a better salesperson would be a good start . I was also blindsided by being told the car had NO problems , certified preowned . The very next day I took a long drive and found out the car did in fact , have a ton . The passenger seatbelt didn't buckle, the back was dirty, the metal undercarriage was literally hanging off the car, snapping backwards . The headlights were so dim you couldn't see the road . The passenger seat was halfway detached from the metal portion underneath, you could actually see all of the seat just lifted off . And the power outlet doesn't work . After calling and sending pictures to my salesperson he just says bring it in to the service department and does not actually relay anything to this department. So I'm having to repeat myself over and over . The service department. After returning the car , on a half tank . I received it back completely on E . And I had my car for two weeks at this point . I went to pick up my car , only found my car , after they could not find it in their system . After giving my name, social, the kind of car I bought, my phone number etc . I didn't even exist in the bryan honda system and neither did my car . The service member kept treating me like I was in the wrong dealership. After leaving I had to come back because my battery kept dying . I called ahead and they said go ahead and bring it in , by the time I got there , the department was closed entirely and I had to write a note and leave my key all while some random woman whose department it was not kept telling me to relax . Again , same issue when I picked it up . I didn't exist in the system . I was then told to pick it up from the receptionist and as I was with her, I told her I was there to pick up my keys and she told me to go back right where I just came from that redirected me to her . After telling her I was there already she THEN decided to actually look . I said my last name was Bender , she found a sticky note on a piece of paper stapled to my key . And immediately handed it over and told me to go find it outside . So not only do I not know where to look , I look at the paper and it clearly says in bold highlighter, check ID , that obviously didn't happen . And she couldn't be bothered to get off her overweight behind to actually help a paying customer . Bryan Honda provides me with a bad car from the start and the service department/ salespeople did not care about me in the slightest . More

Great Customer Service Last Friday (March 6) I found a van online, contacted the dealership via email and was contacted within 5 minutes to setup an appointment! Got to the Last Friday (March 6) I found a van online, contacted the dealership via email and was contacted within 5 minutes to setup an appointment! Got to the appointment, had a little difficulty tracking down the van but Terrell Lake found it and we took it for a spin! His service was excellent in the time I was there and he patiently waited with me while I called my bank. They were unable to help me but Terrell was able to get me some options to work with before I left late Friday night. First thing Saturday morning, Shawn Walker called and said that the Sales Manager had a bank in mind that could help me with my minimal financing issue. He was able to do my credit app over the phone and had most of my paperwork ready to go when I returned Saturday to purchase the vehicle! Terrell also called later on to check on my progress with the purchase, on the way to a family function at that! During my wait on Saturday, in the comfortable showroom, almost every employee took time to make sure that I was being helped or offered their service. Terrell also called back later to congratulate me on the purchase! These gentlemen went above and beyond to help me secure the vehicle I needed!! I was very pleased overall with my first, but definitely not last, experience with Bryan Honda! More
