Great Service I’m new to the area and Brandi at Bryan Honda made sure me and my 2014 Pilot were well taken care of. Great Service and Consistency!! I was shopping around very great deals to trade my vehicle in. In came down to two dealerships. Honda and Toyota. Do not take your car here for service I dropped my car off at 1pm yesterday for an oil change. I did not receive a phone call saying that my car was ready until 4:30!!! At the time of my v I dropped my car off at 1pm yesterday for an oil change. I did not receive a phone call saying that my car was ready until 4:30!!! At the time of my visit, it was not busy yet. There’s no reason it should take that long. I was never told to sign anything, give any details about my car or service needed, he just grabbed the keys and said come back in an hour and a half. Which we did, and it was not ready so we left again. The gentlemen whom I can’t remember his name, was very rushed and gave us absolutely no information when we came back to see if it was ready around 3. The whole place seemed extremely unorganized & unprofessional. Will NOT be taking my car back here ever again. More
