When I left the dealership/service area car all the When I left the dealership/service area car all the icons on dashboard were gone. Within 20 minutes the tire pressure icon was back on dashboard and When I left the dealership/service area car all the icons on dashboard were gone. Within 20 minutes the tire pressure icon was back on dashboard and a few days later the 'check engine ' icon returned on my dashboard. I have to wait 10 days to get another appointment. I will bring car in on June 16th again!! More

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Bryan Subaru for Service was terrible. I dropped my car off at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday (appointed time) for 2 recall items and investigation of a rattle. They kept my c Service was terrible. I dropped my car off at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday (appointed time) for 2 recall items and investigation of a rattle. They kept my car for two days, and all they did was fix the recall items! They never did investigate the rattle. The worst of it was the lack of communication. The service manager would not return my calls and did not give me ANY information or updates the whole time I was waiting! I had to Uber over in Friday afternoon rush hour traffic and pick up my car so that I could have it that night for my call shift. Really bad service, guys. Disappointing. More
