Instead of standing behind their vehicle, I've been passed back and forth between Bryden Motors and Stellantis for two months with no meaningful resolution. I was never offered a loaner vehicle and essentially told to kick rocks. I'm facing a potentially enormous financial loss. Be very careful dealing with Bryden. If something goes wrong, you could be left high and dry as I was. I STRONGLY encourage people to look elsewhere. I've now filed complaints with the BBB, Wisconsin DATCP, and Wisconsin DOT, and have shared my experience on Yelp and Google. If anyone else has had a legitimate issue with Bryden Motors and feels you've been blown off like I have, I encourage you to use the above consumer complaint processes to get their attention. More

Was shopping online and Bryden had the car we wanted. We completed the whole deal via text. When we arrived, everything was ready and done exactly as quoted. The check engine light came on after owning the car for 2 days, took the car in twice for service, at this point the car has been in service longer than I owned it. Once I became worried about the car having days, took the car in twice for service, at this point the car has been in service longer than I owned it. Once I became worried about the car having safety issues, my loan company was willing to allow me to give the car back and buy a new one from Bryden. The management would not allow me to buy a truck but wanted me to run credit again once 30 days were passed. This only upset me more because my lender will allow me to purchase a vehicle without running my credit again, plus I did not feel safe in the vehicle, but Bryden would not allow it. More

Place is terrible. Sold me a jeep that somehow “passed” inspection but first night into having this jeep it has a service light come on. After one week 3 service lights on, yet this “passed inspection”. Brought the jeep in, took 3 weeks to get the part, a week after it comes in, my jeep gets looked at. All to be told that part was broken as well and a new one needed to be ordered. Another week or so goes by, mind you at this time with all these service lights on, my auto start, cruse, and 4wd do not work. Get a call the new part is in, wait another week, gets looked at, that part works, but found a new issue. This jeep was a lemon but again “passed” inspection. Do not trust this place, they will never get my money. More

They suck. Told me price was $34,990 via email when asked specifically about the two prices in picture. We drive over an hour and the price is now $44k.
