We called Bryden about a car we'd seen in their online inventory. The salesperson told us he was in a meeting but would call us right back. An hour and a half later, he still hadn't called. We called and were told that the car had just been sold. A couple of days later, while I was looking at vehicles online, I noticed that the same vehicle we inquired about was still listed in Bryden's inventory. I reached out to see if the car was still available, and it was. In fact, I was sent an email that contained all the specs of the vehicle. We were flat-out lied to.
When I posted a negative review on another website, the dealership's owner and I began posting back and forth. After I pointed out another mistake he'd made as a result of a lack of communication between himself and another of his employees, he deleted our entire conversation from the site so no one else could see it. It was rather petty. It's not worth it to deal with this dealership. Find your cars elsewhere.
