Stay away from this dealership We called Bryden about a car we'd seen in their online inventory. The salesperson told us he was in a meeting but would call us right back. We called and were told that the car had just been sold. A couple of days later, while I was looking at vehicles online, I noticed that the same vehicle we inquired about was still listed in Bryden's inventory. I reached out to see if the car was still available, and it was. In fact, I was sent an email that contained all the specs of the vehicle. We were flat-out lied to. When I posted a negative review on another website, the dealership's owner and I began posting back and forth. After I pointed out another mistake he'd made as a result of a lack of communication between himself and another of his employees, he deleted our entire conversation from the site so no one else could see it. It was rather petty. It's not worth it to deal with this dealership. Find your cars elsewhere. More

He’s a super laid back, genuine sort of guy and having worked in the car industry myself, I know that can be rare to find. Was hugely impressed. Justin gets big kudos. I had no intention of buying last night, had several very similar cars to look at within the same price point but he definitely won me over. Barb in finance was also great! No pressure, easy to understand... made a somewhat painful experience almost enjoyable lol. Well done Bryden Motors! More

Pierre in sales was on top of things and helped get us through the process very efficiently. Also, a hat tip to Norm for his efforts to warp things up. Would definitely recommend them. More

I wanted to get a brake controller installed on my truck and the service writer gave me a price so I took the car in and come to find out they could not do the whole job as they farm out the work to another and the service writer gave me a price so I took the car in and come to find out they could not do the whole job as they farm out the work to another dealer. In total I paid too much as they should have just refered me to the dealer that could perform the work. I should have been warned when the price kept changing everytime I called. I ended up taking the truck back and going directly to the dealer that completed the job. This did not make me happy... So, if you use these guys, be careful... More
