Was lied to from the minute I entered dealership. Pushy sales team kept pushing for delivery the same day ignoring my repeated explanation of plans that day. Left a 500 dollar deposit to hold and secure vehicle. I was then given the story that it was out on a test drive (does not the deposit prevent that?) Something happened on the drive and vehicle was towed back in. I do not believe the story I was given, just more lies. None of this was told to me until texted sales. And now they say they are wholesaling vehicle. Avoid these people. They will claim I am an irate customer wanting to vent. Not even close. I have been involved in dealership protocol for over 40 years. Their practices are unacceptable. More
