Kenny, I went in to buy a used 2011 Malibu LS. Jonny was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person with getting me where I needed to go. Kenny, my salesperson, was very informative about the car and helped me get to my decision. I was very indecisive at first and it took me a few hours to decide but they never rushed me or forced my hand at all. The price was as posted online and would not be budged, but considering their prices are already generally a couple thousand lower than almost everywhere else around it wasn't a deal breaker. More
