That, along with his friendly personality, made the experience seamless and exceptionally better than any other car we have ever purchased. I don’t get the sense that they are customer centric. We had a check engine light on and I was the lid the reason it was on due to the oil cap not being on tight. That was not the case and then I was charg had a check engine light on and I was the lid the reason it was on due to the oil cap not being on tight. That was not the case and then I was charged extra. That may or may not have been warranted but the delivery and tone was horrible. More
