Went in for a oil change and got a call about 30 minutes after I left my car there. They recommended I rotate my tires and I agreed. I come back to get my car and there is oil dripping off my front bumper after I left my car there. They recommended I rotate my tires and I agreed. I come back to get my car and there is oil dripping off my front bumper. I asked for a towel to wipe it off and the guy that helped me seemed frustrated with the service crew. I didn’t make a deal out of it. Then when I did a walk around of my car I noticed a big dent and scratch on my front passenger fender. I went back in and spoke with the same guy and he said we would get the service manager. The service manger came out with a carbon copy and I showed him the damage and he looked at his sheet. He told me he had marked it down before any work was done and that the mark was already there. Which is impossible because I already did a walk around before I handed my keys over for the oil change. He just repeated that he has a carbon copy and it can’t be changed. I don’t like being lied to about hundreds of dollars of damage that was done to my car. If anybody with this company even cars enough to read this I would appreciate a response to my feedback. If this is t fixed I won’t be returning for any future business and that includes my fiancé Passat also. We love Volkswagen but I don’t trust bud brown service. And from it looks like online neither do a lot of other people! More
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Took my Bug in and was told a lot was wrong; took my car THE SAME day I picked it up to have the work done somewhere else.. AJ’s Imports treated me right.. they fixed up my Bug without do wrong; took my car THE SAME day I picked it up to have the work done somewhere else.. AJ’s Imports treated me right.. they fixed up my Bug without doing any of the work Bud Brown said was needed! Then we discovered they didn’t put pans and covers back in where they were needed, they scratched up Bug terribly and the GM cussed my husband for calling about it!!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!! More

I’ve never liked buying a car from salesmen as most appear to be “pushy” for lack of a better term. Mike was so efficient, friendly, courteous and patient. We are definitely excited about our new Volkswagen Passat and the great financing deal we received.
