They did the oil change but lied about rotating the tires. This is the second time they said they inspected something on the receipt but didn’t. I brought my Equinox in for a covered Clary Care oil change and as usual other expensive services were recommended. I agreed to a injector service and trans flush service. I realize these were not inclu change and as usual other expensive services were recommended. I agreed to a injector service and trans flush service. I realize these were not included in the Clary Care service agreement and would take extra time to complete. I called later in the afternoon, since I had not heard anything about the progress of the service. I finally was able to pick up the vehicle at 5:15. I think a call explaining since extra service was agreed to, the pickup time would be delayed and an approximate time of availability could also be communicated. I have always taken care of my vehicles, but the cost of these services seems to have gone sky high. I also realized everything has gotten more expensive, but the price for these services seems somewhat excessive. More

They didn’t know anything about the My Chevy point system. They told me I couldn’t use my points to buy my new car and then put my new points in my wife’s name who doesn’t even have an account. That was fun figuring out how to get those points. When I got home and went to read my manual I couldn’t find it so I called the salesman and was told that it’s on line now. I don’t do well on line so I guess that’s my problem. I ordered running boards and mats and was told after the salesman check with the service manager that they would only take an hour to an hour and a half to install after they come in. When I returned was for installation they said at least 3 hours to install and the service manager knew nothing about the salesman talking to him. The service department worked their magic and got it done in two an a half hours. Funny thing is the salesman ordered the wrong mats for the back so the service department is ordering the right ones and sending it to me to install myself. Fourteen months ago we bought a new Suburban there and the salesman was new but looked everyone of our questions up on his phone and went out of his way to give us service worth returning for our next car. We drive almost 2 hours to this car dealer so you can tell the first time left us happy enough to return. By the way the suburban came with a manual. More
