Poor customer service. Kept trying se sell me additional service other than oil chang I requested. Service advisor texted me, I texted back saying no additional service and to get me trade in value got no response. Had to call twice to get an answer on when I could pick up vehicle. Told Elena who was supposed to do the evaluation that I wanted it to buy a new vehicle, but due to poor customer service that they lost a sale and a customer. Then the service manager called to try and save it while I was at another dealer buying a new vehicle. Tried to make excuses that advisor was new.
