While visiting the dealership, I decided to ask what my options would be as far as purchasing a replacement vehicle. My current life situation made me believe I would only be able to get a used car. The staff at this dealership were all very understanding and encouraging. I told them my budget and they stuck to it with fervor, did not try to sell me on something I couldn't afford. They were amazing to work with and got me into a 2018 Chevy Equinox the same day! It's the first new car I've ever owned and am super grateful to my salesman, Long Huynh, and the rest of the team for helping me out of a tough spot. Let down experience Well I was hoping for a really positive experience today. Had a truck all picked out and worked with the internet salesman to get preapproved told him Well I was hoping for a really positive experience today. Had a truck all picked out and worked with the internet salesman to get preapproved told him I would be in at 4:30 but actually showed up at 3:30 and the truck I was promised was just leaving the dealership sold to someone else. What was even more sad was the sales manager refused to make it right and didn't even offer me anything comparable. Total shady car dealer style. I bought a Subaru from them once and it was pleasant but this was a total let down. Wasted a 3 hour round-trip on them today. More
