There aren’t many other options locally but they are improving from what they were a few years ago. It did take 7hrs and 45 minutes for an oil change and minor alignment, but the service rep was apologe improving from what they were a few years ago. It did take 7hrs and 45 minutes for an oil change and minor alignment, but the service rep was apologetic and the service tech couldn’t have been nicer. My only real gripe is that a multi point inspection was supposedly conducted. Fluid levels is a part of that, and despite my washer fluid reservoir being empty, they said my washer fluid level wash good and my sprayer functioned properly. It appears they just checked the box on that point, making me question the validity of the rest of the inspection. More
