I brought my GMC work truck to the service department, needing help. The staff listened to what I needed and responded immediately. I live 150 miles away from Moses Lake, and own 2 Duramax. I don’t get th needing help. The staff listened to what I needed and responded immediately. I live 150 miles away from Moses Lake, and own 2 Duramax. I don’t get this level of service from the dealership I bought my trucks from. I wish I lived closer. What did they fix? A franchise oil change company didn’t install the seal on my oil filter cap correctly, almost ruined my engine, their mechanic corrected the problem in minutes, didn’t charge me, total time on site less than 15 minutes.
