I highly resent taking my 1 year old car in for oil change and getting recommendations (good, better, best) for more service. I REALLY hate this horrid sales technique, just freaking tell me what is change and getting recommendations (good, better, best) for more service. We live in Spokane and found a used vehicle on their lot we were interested in—Evan went above and beyond to check the car ou wonderful to work with!
