We were already having issues with the lift system for our trunk, which they had charged us a ton for the year before and said we only had a one year parts warranty. When we first brought it in, they claimed that they couldn’t not replicate the issue. Then when we brought it in again, they only would replace one side and gave us a hard time. Asking if we really wanted to. When we first had it replaced, they claimed it was because the hydraulic was dirty. We got a membership at the car wash and go multiple times a week. They then couldn’t explain why the parts already had issues. When we got our car back, they had damaged the clear coat around the trunk and left white marks all over. The manager was a complete xxx and argumentative that it wasn’t their fault. He tried to tell us that they weren’t going to fix something that they didn’t do. After arguing, for a while they eventually took 2 minutes to buff it out. More
The service department mechanic ruined my truck engine. I had to argue with the service manager for a week but got nowhere until I called the general manager. Gave a good for seed of service. The tires we needed were not in stock even though the books said they were.
