I took the car in for tire rotation and fluid checks and the service took almost two hours to complete. I can get a root canal in less time. This is totally unacceptable to me. I am still waiting on a call from the “Manager “ ! I stopped in whn I was in town for work cuz my heater problem and tire was gng flat and first they took me after everyone that I was there before them then I just left it for them to look at which took problem and tire was gng flat and first they took me after everyone that I was there before them then I just left it for them to look at which took longer then they said which I got a quote for the heating system and they told me my tire was fine but yet went flat the next morning so I took it in whn I got back home and there was a nail in my tire so obviously they didn’t even look at it so thank you for that but definitely was not a good visit and won’t return there! Max at service counter was great. My only complaint was finding oil on my garage floor after my service.
