My wife has 2 stage-4 cancers and I am essentially her only caregiver. My car’s service was way overdue. I arranged for a respite caregiver and made an appointment to get the service. I arrived about an hour before my appointment and checked in. When Dave recognizes who I was, he got someone started on my car immediately. I mentioned that I am slightly handicapped and can’t walk long distances and asked if they could park the car somewhere close after the service. Our salesman, Chris Chamberlain was awesome and made buying a car a pleasant, low pressure experience. Brandon, the finance manager, was awesome as well. I also have to thank Carlos, another salesman, who wasn't even working with us. My fiancee dropped her driver's license in the parking lot and Carlos delivered it to us in Sunnyside saving us a trip back up to Yakima. Customer serviced doesn't get any better than that. More
