As opposed to the several other dealers to whom I reached out, Sean and the Smail group did not give me a "starting point" price. Since I don't have a lot of time during the day, and I don't have a lot of interest haggling, this was much appreciated. After receiving Sean's e-mail, I saw no reason to engage in further negotiations with anyone else. When we arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was ready for us to view, and Sean was there to assist us. Due to traffic, we were a bit rushed at the dealership, and they were able to get us in and out in 15 minutes. While we politely declined a primer on the vehicle, because we needed to return to Pittsburgh to pickup a child, Sean politely insisted that we take the time to allow him to synch the vehicle's Bluetooth system with my wife's cell phone. I truly appreciated that, because it would have taken us a long time to do that, and the hands-free phone operation is an extremely important safety feature. We've already directed my brother-in-law, who's looking to lease a new Mercedes this year, to Sean, and I will recommend Sean and the Smail group to anyone that I know is looking for a new vehicle.
