Initial contact and test drive were good. However, because of inclement weather and my unfamiliarity with roads in dealer's locale, I was an hour late returning to pick up the car. The deal, in my estimation, favored the dealer both in the selling price and the trade value, but, because I am not much of a bargainer, I accepted it. I understand the dealer is expecting to profit both ways and has no incentive or responsibility to improve the offer if the customer doesn't ask. This was a cash deal with a prepaid contract for undercoating to be done at an unspecified future date. Not having been contacted to schedule this work after what I felt to be a reasonable time, I called the agency finance officer to inquire. The service manager promptly made a return call and the work was done shortly thereafter. I appreciate the shuttle service, which saved me considerable inconvenience. More

I would just like to say from the first phone call to the first visit, my experience with Tom and the Buds Auto Sales team was phenomenal. When I was looking for a new truck I had been looking for a while until I called at Buds and talked to Tom Krcha on the phone and told him what I was looking for. He told me that he had a truck that was on the lot and he was gona go take a look at it and call me if any thing would come up with it until me and my wife would be able to come down and look at it. So the following Saturday we took a ride down to see Tom, and it had just started snowing that morning. When we got there I told Tom who I was and said he was gona bring the truck down so we could take a look at it, after he cleaned all the snow off it. We went over the truck and it was in very nice shape, then he threw me the keys and said I'll see you when you get back. When we returned we talked numbers on the truck and I new this was the one I've been looking for. Tom told me he would get it all ready for me and I would be back in a couple days to pick it up. When I returned to pick up the truck Tom had got me a very good rate on the truck and at that time I knew I had come to the right place for a deal like this! Within forty minutes I was on my way home in my new truck. Every one was very helpful at Buds Auto and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
