I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation when I dropped my car off my tires were fine and when I brought it home. I have good experiences with the service dept. They let me know what to expect and they promptly inform me if anything else comes up. They also sent me a video of the highlights of my state inspection, so I could see it myself. The shuttle service is great. Price was fair. I recommend them! More

Service was fine. Communication was good. When I dropped the car off on a Sunday evening, the parking spaces near the drop-off area were filled with courtesy cars and Communication was good. I went in for a basic service (15000 miles). The service was great but it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that the $15 coupon that I showed the service advisor when I checked in had not The service was great but it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that the $15 coupon that I showed the service advisor when I checked in had not been applied. I called the dealership to ask if I had done something wrong. They apologized explaining that the advisor was highly loaded, super busy that day. They adjusted/reduced the charge but having to call was an inconvenience. More
