They didn’t call with updates. Didn't return calls. Put me on hold more than once and hung up. Came back once and said they’d see how to help with my issue and call back. Went to another Subaru dealer and they fixed the issue immediately. Will not recommend this place to anyone. While at the other dealer another woman from Washington was there because she has had bad service here also. Will not buy another car from there and will advise friends and family not to also. More

After finding our that our car would not pass inspection and required a lot of work we decided to purchase another car. We set up an appointment with Austin , and he spent an hour with me to help me understand some of the different features and settings in our new car. I pulled up to the auto butler door since I was there for that service. A gentle man came out the man door waving his arms at me very aggressively to move to the door on the left.
