Explained things clearly today. I was in for express service, so nothing major except time waiting. If I'd known before buying tires elsewhere that this dealership offered a 6 mon I was in for express service, so nothing major except time waiting. Maybe next time...same with some of the other more expensive maintenance items. I love my car, I keep it maintained as recommended. I've learned the hard way though, that I can't say 'since I'm here go ahead and replace the wipers' or whatever, because I usually end up with a huge bill, which has been explained in the past that it's because they have to move to a different bay so it's the labor cost more than the wipers. I continue to go here though because it is an expensive vehicle and I want her to last as long as possible. More
