Appt was at 2:30. I checked in at 2:10. After an hour I asked Victoria if my car was done. She checked and it was just now going in to be serviced. There had been I checked in at 2:10. She got the ok for no charge for my service. I drove 3 hours to my sisters this week. On the way there and also on the way home the screen went out. No radio, no maps, nothing. Thankfully when I stopped for 5 minutes it came back. Makes me wonder if something was done during service to make it go out. More

Stacey took care of me when I took my car for inspection and auto butler. I asked about a recall on the battery and she looked into the situation. The experience was good for the most part however after having the oil changed in 2019 Legacy it was returned two quarts low on engine oil.
