I took my car in because the key was getting stuck in the ignition. I was told that the reason for the key being stuck was because my battery wasn’t strong enough. Friendly people I was able to get a car with a low down payment and credit score. But my car stopped the next day at a traffic light. I got a jump to it back. I picked the car up later a different gentleman told me that he did not find anything wrong with the alternator. I went to a shop and got the alternator replace also had a diagnostic test. There are three more things that need repairs. Why sell someone a car if you know something is wrong More

The service department appears to unorganized. They promised my car service (tire rotation) would be done in a hour. At one point, I was on hold for over 15 minutes until I hung up and called again. I called at least 10 times. This is bad for business!!! It's a bad idea to leave your customers in limbo. It makes them shop around for competitors. More
