I thought the service and the vehicle were subpar. The salesperson, Nabin Magar, when asked about whether or not the vehicle came with a garage opener, he claimed it did and said all we had to do was program it with our remote. The problem was that particular vehicle didn't come with a garage door opener, which he could have checked online, with a more seasoned associate, or his manager. The remedy to the situation was less than 300.00 and that includes installation. 3 days after I brought the car the left tire blew. When I asked about chevy covering the cost of the tire, Nabin informed me that his manager said chevy WILL NOT cover it and that cost will be on me as the buyer. Now , this is a 2027 equinox with less than 100 mi on it. Which means chevy buys inferior tires. Tires are essential to road safety which is paramount when driving. Substandard salesperson. Low-grade product. Please don't waste your money at chevy

We have been taking our vehicles to Maxie Price for oil changes and services so I thought I would give them a try. WOW!! I was so impressed with this place. They were very welcoming and friendly. I inquired about an Equinox I found on their website and called to schedule a test drive. We were paired with Roc and he far exceeded our expectations in every way. I only wish your sales department was as easy to work with as I have purchased 5 new Corvettes in the past few years but could not buy from you because you insisted on marking them up above MSRP and I never do business with a dealer that is selfish enough to gouge their loyal customers.

We had to painfully look at selling our 23 Camaro LT1 Convertible we had just leased 4 weeks ago due to learning very recently that I have upcoming major ankle surgery which will result in me not being able to drive a manual transmission. We shopped around and Nalley Chevrolet came to our rescue and got us out of our lease with an equity check as a HUGE BONUS!!! We worked with Nelson Pugh in sales as he was our advocate to get this deal closed and with the help of Sales Mgr Derak Rawlings and General Mgr Erik Sims they got it done and confirmed as we live in North Florida. I drove up and the process was very smooth and efficient as Nelson was on point and drove me to the airport after paperwork was completed so I could fly home with mixed emotions after having to sell our Camaro daughter Kylee. I will now order my 24 Camaro when orders open and an automatic transmission of course and Nelson will get that opportunity as well as any future needs we or family/friends have moving forward so give Nelson and the Nalley Chevrolet team an opportunity to earn your business they will go the extra mile as they did for us...
