When we returned and agreed that this was the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, Johnathan was very professional in dealing with us. He offered several different maintenance options but was respectful when we declined. The price of the vehicle was consistent with what was advertised and everything went smoothly until there was a discrepancy with the trade in value of my vehicle. After it was determined that the difference in the trade-in value of my car was based on an error that I had made in reporting the trim on my vehicle, Johnathan met with his manager and they graciously agreed to split the difference in the value of the trade-in. I was grateful that they were willing to meet me halfway especially when the error was one that I had made.
